While our name emphasizes our keen focus on data privacy law, something of which we take immense pride, adopting a well-thought, deliberate, and planned approach to a client's legal matter allows us to better serve our clients.  Not only does it allow clients to fully understand what needs to happen to achieve their desired outcome, but also provides them with a clear picture of the potential costs and time that it may require.  This planning helps us to work with the clients in determining the best course of action at every step of their legal representation.

Unlike larger or more traditional law firms, By Design Law comprises real-world experience both within and outside of the legal field.  This allows us to offer clients a more complete and comprehensive view of their legal matter with an ability to explain legal concepts to our clients in a manner that is easy to understand.
